Eladiet - Organic Peppermint Essential Oil (15Ml)

Peppermint essential oil has a calming and relaxing effect on digestion. Menthol, the main constituent of peppermint essential oil, gives this oil its flavor and typical, easily recognizable fragrance. Essential oil (or isolated menthol) is often used in foods (sweets/candies, soft drinks) and cosmetics (soaps, toothpastes).

Ingredients:

Dosage and Administration:
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 drops, diluted in juice, infusion or honey, up to three times a day.
