These general sales conditions regulate commercial relations between:

A&T, Lda and its online customers (hereinafter referred to as 'The Customer').

Prior to any transaction, the Customer confirms having been aware of and expressly declares acceptance of these general conditions by pressing the 'I Accept' button.

1. Particular sales conditions

The Customer confirms having been aware, at the time of placing the order, of the particular sales conditions stated on the screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, product specifications, cost of services, etc.) and expressly declares acceptance them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the Customer materialize their full and total acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, applicable exclusively to the order in question.

The Particular Conditions of Sale complement these general conditions and prevail over them in everything that is not regulated therein.

2. Order

The Customer confirms the order by clicking 'Add to basket'. The order consists of a summary of all items that the Customer confirms by clicking the 'I accept the CGDV and pay' button in the menu bar.

A&T, Lda's automatic registration systems are considered to provide proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

These general sales conditions in paper form must be attached and duly signed by the Customer.

3. Order confirmation

A&T, Lda confirms acceptance of your order to the Customer by one of the following means of your choice: email or post. The order will only be completed after the Customer has received confirmation of it from A&T, Lda.

A&T, Lda reserves the right not to confirm an order, for any reason, considering in particular the supply of products, problems relating to the order received (e.g. an illegible document), abnormal orders or a predictable reason alluding to for future delivery. If it is not possible to confirm an order, A&T, Lda will notify the Customer by all means available.

All new orders will only be considered valid after payment by the Customer of any amounts owed to A&T, Lda, relating to any previous orders.

Delivery of any order will only be made after payment by the Customer of all amounts owed to A&T , Lda.

4. Delivery of orders and supply conditions

The place and date of delivery of the order are chosen by the Customer when placing the order. A A&T , Lda reserves the right to use any carrier at its convenience to deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer. Deliveries are only made in Portugal.

5. Delivery time

Deliveries are made within 1 to 14 working days after payment, depending on availability of the item and the service provided. If one of the items is not in stock when placing the order, the Customer will be promptly notified, confirming the A&T , Lda the next available date or proposing a replacement item that is equivalent. In this case, the Customer has a period of 3 days to indicate whether they want to replace the item or wait for stock to be replenished. Once this period has elapsed without any response from the Customer, the A&T , Lda will proceed with the order without the missing product, which will be delivered after stock is replenished. Delivery is at the risk of the recipient.

6. Shipping costs and other supply conditions

The cost of shipping the order is €5.00 (taxes included) for any order less than €60.00 (shipping costs excluded). Shipping will be free for all orders worth €60 or more (shipping costs excluded).

Upon receiving the order, the Customer will have to sign the delivery note presented by the carrier, in which they may make any comments they deem appropriate. By signing the Delivery Note, the Customer confirms having received the indicated number of volumes. Any complaints about damaged or missing products must be submitted to Customer Service, by email to info@neovida.pt , by post to A&T , Lda, Rua Delfim Lima, nº2310, 4410-230 Canelas, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, or by telephone at +351 910 986 757 within a maximum period of three days after receipt of the Order (date contained in the Delivery Note Delivery).

The occurrence of a possible situation of force majeure, for example, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport stoppage, which may delay, prevent or make the execution of the procurement exorbitant, constitutes, by express agreement, a suspension clause or termination of the company's obligations A&T , Lda, without the right to compensation for the Customer if the occurrence in question continues beyond 15 days after the deadline set for delivery of the Order. In this situation, the Customer will be fully and automatically released from their contractual duties within the scope of this order.

The company A&T , Lda will notify the Customer by any appropriate means and on the same day of the occurrence, in order to allow them to freely release themselves from the order(s) just by means of a simple reply by post or email after the notification they have received.

In the event that it is not possible to deliver to the Customer for reasons directly attributable to the Customer, the company A&T , Lda reserves the possibility of invoicing a fee of €10 (taxes included) relating to preparation expenses.

7. Shipping partner

Deliveries will be made by a carrier chosen by NEOVIDA, during normal business hours. Select the shipping address so that someone can receive the products.

8. Price

All prices indicated are in Euros and include VAT at the corresponding legal rate in force. The price invoiced to the Customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by A&T , Lda. Settlement of products and services will be made using the payment methods available on the website, in a secure environment on the server of our service provider.

9. Product details

The photographs illustrating the products are for guidance only. The texts that accompany them are a reproduction of the information appearing on the packaging or in the respective instructions for use. The differences between the photographs and the existing products are not very relevant and do not imply any change in the main specifications of the products. The color of products displayed in the online store may differ from the actual color of the product.

10. Payment terms

The ordered product(s) will be provided in return for the respective payment via credit card, paypal, klarna, mbway or multibanco payment.

11. Warranty

The customer will benefit from the legal guarantee against undetectable defects or anomalies in the products sold. All of our products are designed and manufactured with strict quality standards. However, this warranty does not cover any defects or anomalies resulting from poor handling, lack of maintenance or care that are contrary to our instructions for use. The Customer must consult the instructions and recommendations found in the instructions for use supplied with the product.

12. Exercise of the Right to Free Resolution

The customer has the right to terminate this contract within 14 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

The exercise of the right to free resolution must be exercised unequivocally by letter to A&T , Lda., - Rua Delfim Lima, nº2310, 4410-230 Canelas, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, or by email to info@neovida.pt . You can use the resolution form, but it is not mandatory.

For the free resolution period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right to free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period.

13) Effects of contract termination

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied within 10 business days to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that, depending on your credit card provider, after the credit has been processed, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days until it is actually deposited into your account. A return fee may be charged, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

In case of termination of this contract under the right provided for in the previous clause, a refund will be made to you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision. termination of the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase, unless another payment method is agreed. The refund will only be made after receipt of the returned goods, or until you provide proof of sending them, depending on what happens first.

The direct costs arising from returning the goods (shipping costs) are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer will be responsible for any loss of value of the goods, if this occurs due to manipulation that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
