Do I need to have a NEOVIDA account to make a purchase?

To make a purchase at www.neovida.pt it is not mandatory to register. However, by having a NEOVIDA customer account, you can enjoy the following advantages:

  • Track orders and access order history;
  • Request an exchange or return directly in your account;
  • Receive notifications of all news and promotions in the online store;
  • Memorize your address and payment information to make your future purchases faster;
  • Manage your personal data and addresses in the customer area.

How can I create a NEOVIDA account?

To create an account, you must click on the "Start Session" button in the top menu and then fill in your email in the field "Are you not a registered customer?" and click "Continue". Fill in all the fields with the requested information and click “Continue” to join the NEOVIDA family.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Login” in the top menu, enter your email and click on “I forgot my password”. On the new page, fill in your email again and click on "Send Recovery Request". You will automatically receive a link in your email where you can set a new password.

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, you must log in with your customer account and enter the "My Data" area. From there, you can navigate to the side menu (desktop) or top menu (mobile) and choose the "Account Deletion" option. Enter your password and click "Delete Account". The process will be completed within 48 hours.
