Venous Compression Stockings for Compression Therapy
Light and beautiful legs thanks to circular knit compression socks
Venous compression stockings, that is, compression stockings that are manufactured using the circular knitting process, are the basis of venotherapy and are used, for example, for spider veins, varicose veins, thrombosis and heavy legs .
For more Freedom in Motion, Juzo offers a comprehensive selection of different venous compression socks, which are tailored to your preferences and therapeutic requirements.
Compression therapy for edema
Two-phase treatment with adjustable compression systems and flat mesh articles
Complex Decongestive Therapy (TDC) is carried out in 2 successive phases. An intensive decongestion phase forms the basis for the success of the long-term maintenance phase.
The decongestion phase includes repeated manual lymphatic drainage, in combination with prolonged compression therapy (bandages or adjustable compression systems), physical therapy, and skin care. Its objective is to relieve hardening points, drain edema fluid and, in this way, reduce the perimeter of the affected body area.
In the maintenance phase, the frequency of manual lymphatic drainage is reduced. To maintain the success of the therapy, flat mesh items must be used which, thanks to their characteristics, allows the working pressure and massage effect to be increased. Physiotherapy and skin care should continue at this stage.
